Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with Lezanne’s Designs. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services to you. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, Lezanne’s Designs will not be able to supply goods and services to you.
Lezanne’s Designs reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website.
All orders placed with Lezanne’s Designs will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Lezanne’s Designs reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.
Proofs and Artwork
Proofs will be sent via email, approx 5 to 7 working days after your order is placed. We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you give us. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with type errors and subsequently printed Lezanne’s Designs takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, a 50% reprint cost is applied to the stationery piece or pieces. It is therefore of the utmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs. We would always advise, if possible, obtaining a printed sample prior to printing.
Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print off all proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. Please bear in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press, therefore, the colours may differ slightly.
We provide 2 digital proofs free of charge, thereafter proofs will be charged at the current proof change fee per proof. We highly recommend reading through all designs carefully and sending back your changes in one go. Please be aware that any major changes to the design at this stage may incur a further design fee. Once you are happy with the final proof, formal approval is accepted via email. This must be done before we can go to print.
Change of Design
If you decide to change the design completely after your design has been sent to you, an additional fee might apply.
Delivery
The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery. Orders will usually be sent by a courier service depending on the location of delivery. There might be an additional delivery cost, should the delivery be outside of South Africa or within very remote areas. Should there be a need, we will contact you for the most suitable delivery arrangements and agree upon them in writing in advance of delivery. A quote can be arranged prior to posting. If you wish to arrange your own courier/delivery, please let us know.
The delivery address will be confirmed with you before your stationery is posted unless it was an online purchase, in which case your delivery address from your account will be used. Keep in mind to provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the package.
Cancellations, Loss or Damage
Once an order has been placed, we will do our best to help with any amendments that you require to your quantities etc. However, once any third party costs have been incurred, it will not be possible to cancel an item.
Any cancellation before work has commenced will receive the deposit back in full, less the credit card fee (where applicable). However once proofs have been approved, the full amount will be charged.
Lezanne’s Designs cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to your order once it has been shipped.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any other agreement between us) that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event and we will arrange a new timeline and delivery date where possible.
Copyright
All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Lezanne’s Designs, they may not be reproduced in any shape or form without prior written permission from Lezanne’s Designs.
It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the fonts, images or photographs which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify Lezanne’s Designs on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.
Lezanne’s Designs reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services.
Lezanne’s Designs reserves the right to use any custom design as part of our collections but only after your event has taken place.
We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our custom designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.
Returns
If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify us in writing with the details within 5 working days of receiving your order. Upon receiving your order back, we will investigate the issue and revert back with our decision within 10 working days. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Lezanne’s Designs we will correct or replace your stationery. Lezanne’s Designs will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety.
Condition of Sale
It is a condition of sale, that “Lezanne’s Designs” details are allowed to be discretely displayed on the back of all invitations made. If you do not want this on your invite please inform us before your items are sent to print.
Prices
All our prices are visible on our website at all times and on quotes, we send out. Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.
Order Timeline
Your design fee is due before any design element will be started.
Once we received your design fee, we will schedule your order to begin.
Approx 7 working days for your first proof/design.
2 rounds of proofing are included free and thereafter an additional fee might be applied per proof.
Once we receive your written sign off of the proof, we require a minimum 50% deposit is required before any printing can be started.
It will take approx 7 working days for printing for standard printing after your deposit is received.
For specialised printing, it can take up to an additional 3 to 5 working days. This includes any finishing, e.g. laser invitations, pocketfold invitations, envelope liners and foiling.
Average overall timeline 3-4 weeks.
We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can, please let us know if you have a deadline and we will do our best to meet this.
Payment
A design fee is required before we can begin any design work. When your artwork is approved and you have decided on your quantities, a final quote will be emailed to you. A minimum 50% deposit is required, once payment has been received, we can then print your order. We will then arrange delivery or pickup of your order, only once the order is paid in full. Lezanne’s Designs cannot be held responsible for any delay to designing, manufacturing or delivery as a result of late payment.
Offers
Only one offer/discount can be used at any one time. Vouchers cannot be combined with any promotions.
